PAYMENT TYPE & INSURANCE
The clinic does not process insurance, therefore we provide affordable family care plans with visit prices comparable to the typical co-pay price of using insurance elsewhere.
All Major Credit Cards, Flex Spending (FSA cards) or Health Spending Accounts (HSA cards), and cash accepted. Payment is due at time of service. Payment plans available.
Our office is an out-of-network healthcare provider. We will provide you with a super bill, or invoice with the appropriate information which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Many of our patients receive reimbursement, although reimbursement is not guaranteed. You can contact your insurance provider to see if your policy provides reimbursements for "out of network chiropractic care" before utilizing our services.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
The clinic is by appointment only. We ask you to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy so that someone who may be on our waitlist can be accommodated.
If you cancel or make changes less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full visit rate. If you have an active care package, the visit will be deducted from your care package. The clinic requires that patients not on a care package must place a card on file for the cancelation fee.
